United Nations Model Strategies and Practical Measures on the Elimination of Violence against Children in the Field of Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice provide a guideline for government authorities and all stakeholders in protecting children from physical and mental violence in particularly in the context of judicial process. It helps shedding light on specific needs of children and embracing the principle of best interest of the child. This Thai translated version is the product of the joint effort between the Office of Attorney General of Thailand and the Thailand Institute of Justice (TIJ).
